Harmon House - Hotel & Spa - Saint-Gilles

A lovely stay overall, with friendly staff and a fantastic spa that added to the experience. The room was quite comfortable despite a minor issue with the TV connectivity, but the location was very convenient for exploring. The holding deposit still hasn't been refunded, which has caused some frustration.

The hotel of choice in Brussels. Good looking and truly exceptional venue in a beautifully designed urban style building. 5 minutes walk to a bus station. Stunning view at city and very well decorated and brand-new room. Delicious and sensational breakfast, amazing food. Good service and excellent value. The easy check-in process too.

The air conditioning barely worked. I experienced loud noise levels from the club below, and on two occasions, unexpected repairs outside my room disturbed my sleep late at night. The cleanliness in the room left a lot to be desired, with noticeable dust on surfaces and a general feeling of neglect.

The location of Harmon House is fantastic. It's a short walk to the main shopping areas and Grand Place. The gym is excellent with all the necessary equipment. I loved the spa. The steam room was hot and refreshing. The pool area felt luxurious, with nice amenities. We got a Master Suite upgrade, and it was spacious with a huge bath and smart TV. The staff, especially Thiago, were helpful and attentive. I found the lack of food options disappointing, especially as the next hotel had a sports bar. The room décor was nice but had an odd device on the ceiling that looked suspicious. It's a stylish place, but some attention to guest comfort and food options could enhance the stay.

Had a blast staying with friends! We enjoyed visiting a local café and hitting the dance floor at a nearby club. The super nice team and accommodating. Just a heads up, the gym and spa might require extra fees, so check that before you go!

The staff was friendly, the spa offered a relaxing sauna and steam bath experience. I enjoyed the intimate art exhibition in the lobby, connecting with the artist added a unique touch to my stay.
